The animated movie by PIXAR “UP”!!! This movie doesn’t dissappoint and visually stunning. Great story line and I loved it!!! It will be available on DVD & Blu-Ray November 10, 2009!!!!

About:

This movie is about an Old man that wants to full fill his dreams that he and his wife always vowed they would do. Unfortunately, his wife has passed away and now he wants to complete their dream for her before its too late and passes away as well. With nothing to lose he takes the chance and ties balloons to his house to navigate and finish what he once started.

In the journey a 9 year old boy trying to complete his wilderness explorer badges ends up joining him. With his own agenda of completing his dream he needs to decide what is more important, his dream or the safety of the 9 year old boy.

Highlights:

The visual animation of this movie is top notch. The highlight is the story line and how it carries to the deeper more important things in life. It not only opens up the child in us all, but what in life is the most important.

Opportunities:

This movie carries on quite a bit and could have shorten a few parts. Made for a family movie, I felt that their were a few more serious parts that could have been cooled down.

Overall:

The movie is well done and great for the whole family. I really enjoyed the visual animation, and a great story line to boot!!!

I give this movie a 9.0 out of 10!!!
